The Australian real estate portal Homely.com.au has partnered with HouGarden, a portal for Chinese property seekers in New Zealand. The collaboration aims to capitalize on the increasing interest among Asians in Australian real estate.

The collaboration will see properties listed on Homely.com.au reach a significant audience of Asian investors and property seekers.

Adam Spencer, CEO and Co-Founder of Homely, views the collaboration with HouGarden as pivotal.

“This partnership demonstrates the immense value Homely provides its listing agents and vendors, who will now be able to get maximum exposure to a whole new market when they list on Homely.”

Meanwhile, Sam Yin of HouGarden said:

"Our collaboration with Homely.com.au paves the way for advanced property search experiences for Chinese investors. This announcement is a significant milestone in linking Chinese investors with the global real estate arena. It perfectly aligns with our strategic goals, offering Chinese buyers enriched insights and access to a wider array of international property listings"

With a rise in inquiries from Chinese investors post-pandemic, the partnership provides Australian agents access to a high-intent market through Homely's website.

Established in 2011, HouGarden is a real estate portal catering to the Chinese community. It excels in crafting marketing strategies tailored for the Chinese audience, leveraging its presence on platforms like WeChat.

The deal is similar to the ones struck between international real estate portals and the pan-Asian real estate portal and brokerage company Juwai IQI.
