After closing 2019 with very good results, tripling its square meters compared to 2018, Aticcco has signed the agreement to acquire its first center in Madrid, at calle María de Molina 39.

The acquisition brings the number of offices Aticco operates to six in Barcelona and one in Madrid.

With the acquisition of these offices, which cover a total of 2,262 m2, the company becomes one of the most important players in the flexible office space sector in Spain, with a total area of 30,980 m2 covered. This operation has been successfully closed thanks to the advice of the Bello & Gambarte Real Estate consultancy, which has accompanied Aticco throughout the process.

The new Aticco center in Madrid will be called Aticco María de Molina and will have space to facilitate up to 300 people in both the coworking area and the private offices. In accordance with the coworking philosophy, the common and meeting areas will be located in the heart of Aticco María de Molina to promote the culture of collaboration between coworkers. It will also have a reserved area for events that it organizes weekly and a large terrace, something essential in all Aticco spaces.

Aticco wants to establish itself in Madrid as a key actor in the entrepreneurial and startup ecosystem that is developing strongly in the Spanish capital. For this reason, the company is committed to continue growing in the city during 2020, and will soon add new locations in Madrid.

After closing 2019 with very good results, tripling its square meters compared to 2018 and exceeding 6 million euros in turnover, the flexible spaces startup continues its unstoppable expansion to other cities in Spain and Europe. To accelerate the growth process, it is not ruled out to look for investors for a possible capital increase during this 2020.

Modernize and diversify

The Aticco community does not stop growing, diversifying more and more among entrepreneurs, early-stage startups, high-growth startups and large companies, which are committed to entering a flexible space to modernize and retain talent, offering greater benefits to their teams. . More and more company profiles rely on these workspaces to develop their projects regardless of their structure.

Aticco is a flexible workspace startup founded in September 2016. It started its activity with almost 1,000 m2 of coworking space in the heart of Barcelona, in Ronda Sant Pere 52.

Its Founders, Gabriel Espín (CEO), Franz Pallerés (COO) and Juan Carlos Morales (CFO), sought to change the conception of workspaces and provide added value to coworking through the services offered and the relationship with community.

Just three and a half years later the startup has multiplied its initial surface, thus becoming a leader in the sector in Barcelona. It has 6 locations in Barcelona; Aticco Urquinaona, Aticco Med (Poblenou), Aticco Bogatell (22 @), Aticco Verdaguer (Gràcia), Aticco Tarradellas and Aticco Hospitalet; and one in Madrid: Aticco María de Molina.
