The platform allows the user to visit a home on their own: without schedules and without requiring an on-site real estate advisor.

Kasaz, the truthful portal, is presenting a new system that allows users who are looking for a home to visit their air: for themselves at any time they want and without having to make an appointment with an advisor.

The pilot flat is located in the Poble Sec neighborhood of Barcelona and is owned by the MacroScale developer, which has decided to release it exclusively for Kasaz. Those interested in visiting the appartment have access to the announcement through the smartphone. All they have to do is open the app and click on the "self-visit" option. The system will ask the visitor to verify their identity with their telephone number and once it has been checked, the door will be unlocked and the alarm will be disarmed automatically.

Once inside the apartment, visitors can discover the house at their leisure. Visitors can comment on the suitability of the flat with complete confidence and try all the accessories, faucets and other amenities. In this way, it is easier for the visitor to feel what their life in the house would be like, they will be granted power.

As a previous reservation is not required, agencies can avoid the so-called "no-show" appointments. In addition, thanks to the program of self-visiting flats, those interested in visiting a home can do so without any inconvenience of schedule.

Buying a house is one of the most important decisions made in life, but most of the time you can only see a house once or twice before making a decision. With the new Kasaz self-supervision system, the interested party can visit the same house up to twice a day, with which the potential buyer can also check for themselves how the light changes in the property, if there is more noise in one hour of the day or another or you can also make several visits over the weeks.

For now, the pilot flat can only be visited during weekdays during the same concierge hours: from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

In addition to the automatic security lock, all homes that are part of the program are equipped with security cameras inside, thereby avoiding possible alterations. Visits are limited to a duration of one hour. After the time of entry, the bolt is automatically closed again and the alarm is reassembled. In case of intrusion, the home security system alerts the police.

The pilot flat is located on Ricart Street in the neighborhood of Poble Sec, just two minutes walk from the homonymous metro stop and ten minutes walk from Pl. Spain, where, in addition to the FGC and Metro station there is also the Arenas Shopping Center with a gym, a supermarket and movie theaters.

The apartment sports a balcony that faces the street and an inner courtyard, with air conditioning and heating. It has three bedrooms, two of them doubles, a bathroom and a toilet and kitchen integrated with the dining room. It has 90m2, between built area (81m2) and common elements (9m2). It is completely renovated and its sale price is € 360,000.
