Off-The-Plan: Realestate.com.au's new podcast series

June 3, 2019

Realestate.com.au has launched an informative and entertaining podcast series, Off-The-Plan, dedicated to the Australian property market and unpacking topics relevant to apartment developers, land developers, home builders and project marketers.

Hosted by Mike Gill, Head of Developer Research at realestate.com.au, the series will focus on buyers of new property and dissect how and why buyers are influenced throughout their new property purchasing journey.

Discussing the new podcast, realestate.com.au Marketing and Communications Manager, Developer APAC, Lucy Thomson, said, “each episode will be a candid conversation with subject matter experts, exploring insights and trends in the new homes market to help listeners stay on top of what’s new and what’s next in the ever-changing developer sector.”

“Following our successful Developer Insights Series roadshow earlier this year, we’ve had so many requests from our customers to unpack the insights further and explore the more practical side of how these insights can be implemented to achieve real outcomes.”

The first episode is in conversation with Nigel Dalton, Chief Inventor at realestate.com.au, and explores Artificial Intelligence and property. Dalton discusses the potential that Artificial Intelligence can unlock in the property development industry and delves into how the technology can also benefit your business.

Off-The-Plan is available to download via the realestate.com.au Development Hub, Apple Podcast, Spotify and Google Podcast, with new episodes to be released monthly.
