In recent years, PropTech has become a buzz word throughout the property sector and now property managers, estate and letting agents, surveyors and the like look to software solutions to help them expand their service offering and automate cumbersome and out-of-date processes.

Movinghub technology, created by utilihub, which recently arrived on the shores of the UK after successfully transforming the Australian, NZ and USA property markets, claims to be a game changer in the industry.

The Movinghub proptech & SaaS solution is different from the conventional connections model with its ground-breaking functionality, providing an end-to-end moving experience with a vast range of services and products from market leading service providers.

The Group CEO Michael Dornan, responsible for developing and driving the strategic direction for all Movinghub markets says, "The entry into the UK market is long overdue and had been on our 'new markets' agenda for 2-3 years, however, we've been busy expanding in the USA.”

“We know our market leading proptech will be a game changer and deliver our customers in the property, surveying and finance industries an incredible service to offer to their customers when they move home. Our Movinghub solution drives more revenue to our customers and they offer an incredibly unique and convenient service to their customers, all at zero upfront cost,” added Dornan.

Local UK CEO Kayley Hunter, has been a part of the Australian operation prior to returning to the UK and brings a wealth of experience and energy to the role, Kayley spoke enthusiastically about the new UK enterprise, “Movinghub’s free concierge service, Movologist, enables customers to connect 15+ services, from utilities and media, to removals and insurance, to sourcing local locksmiths or tradespeople. More than 50% of UK customers are on default energy tariffs, meaning they’re typically paying more than they need to for their energy - moving home is the perfect time to review suppliers.”

“Our friendly UK based Movologists are experts in their field, ready to make every aspect of your customers’ move painless. We can’t wait to show our partners how we can empower their brands to offer more, with our revolutionary solution,” concluded Hunter.
