A leading developer for the residential real estate market in Spain, AEDAS Homes, has created a new feature to its platform, Live. It's a global, real-time virtual tour of new-build homes.

The project was started to simplify the process for customers to see their future home and placate any uncertainties they might have when it comes to design, convenience, and comfort.

Jose Luis Leiros, the Director of Innovation at AEDAS Homes and head of the project said: "This means our clients can avoid having to travel, we can build trust, and we speed up the decision-making process."

It's only taken AEDAS a couple of months to create Live and soft launch it for the public. Thanks to the innovative team that created it, they were able to combine three previously separate entities in the new-build real estate sector, 3D modeling, virtual TV, and the internet, into one, streamlined feature.

Vanian Gardens in Estepona, new Malaga on the Coasta del Sol is the first tour offered on Live. Phase I of the tour will be finished by the end of the year and those interested in viewing the properties can go to live.aedashomes.com to book their visit. A confirmation email will be sent after the booking is completed and a link to a free video call service will be offered to connect to the feature. Click the link and the customer will be connected to a sales adviser. There is no need to install any software as this feature uses internet browsers.

The sales advisers job is to show off the residential development in detail, walking the customer through 3D renderings of the common areas and different rooms of the property.

"Live is not a monologue. The key is that a conversation is established so that the client can ask questions in real time," explains Javier Sanchez, Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer (CMO).

Feedback from the first users has come back in the positive after the soft launch a few weeks ago.

"Live helped me to understand the layout of the development much better, to see what the homes will really be like, just as if I had gone and visited in person in Spain," says Nils, who is house hunting on the Costa del Sol from his home country, Norway.
