Over the last couple of months, we have seen how portals from all over the world and in all kinds of different market positions have been scrambling to integrate new technology to bring their listings to socially distant house hunters. This week it’s the turn of Italian challenger portal Casa.it who have introduced their PrimaVisita tool which allows users to connect to agents in a virtual open-house. The feature is already available on 345,000 listings on the site and is being used by 5,000 estate agencies.
The user clicks the PrimaVisita service and can set up the virtual visit with the listing agent. They then receive an email with a link through which they can access the platform where the virtual open house is held and ask the agent questions about the listing.
