
CoStar Group has completed its acquisition of Zonda for $800 million in cash.
Zonda is a leading provider of new home construction data, homebuilder software and residential real estate marketplaces.
The company offers enterprise, advisory and research solutions for stakeholders in the real estate industry across the United States and Canada, while its marketplace specialises in new homes.
Zonda spans the new home development lifecycle from land acquisition and development planning to construction and sales.
According to a press release, the acquisition gives CoStar access to more than 3,000 customers, including many of North America's largest homebuilders, developers, suppliers, and lenders. In 2025, Zonda generated approximately $170 million of revenue at an Adjusted EBITDA margin of 23%.
