Product and Services Roundup: CoStar Group, Entegral, Zoopla and Fotocasa

July 17, 2026

This week's Product Roundup starts with Zoopla's refresh for agency packages.

United Kingdom: Zoopla renews SME membership packages around hyperlocal approaches

Zoopla has revamped its membership packages for the first time in seven years as a response to agent feedback, across a year-long partnership with the industry.

According to a press release, Zoopla redesigned its SME membership packages with input from hundreds of agents across the country. Estate agents told Zoopla they wanted more flexibility, a hyperlocal approach and an greater return on investment.

The result is three new packages: Listing, Instruction and Complete. Each package is designed around how agents want to grow their business.

Using a hyperlocal approach, each package is tailored to the size and profile of the individual agency, the dynamics of its local market, and Zoopla's performance in that area. Whether an agent is focused on winning instructions, building brand exposure, or growing market share, there's a package suited to their goals.

Every package also includes access to the recently upgraded ZooplaPro and access to Property Valuation Reports, helping agents make better-informed decisions and get faster results from every listing.

Zoopla says agents on the new packages are benefiting from total lead volume growing by 23% year on year, while seller lead volume growth has been even higher.

Paul Whitehead, CEO of Zoopla, said:

"Over the past year we've spoken with hundreds of agents across the country to understand what they need from a property platform in 2026 and beyond - their ask was greater flexibility, a hyperlocal approach and an even stronger return on investment from their marketing spend. These new packages have been built in partnership with our customers to deliver what they need.

"We're already seeing the results of that collaboration, with one in three SME customers upgrading in just six months. This is about growing agents' businesses alongside our own, and making sure every pound they invest with us works harder."

Europe: Fotocasa Pipes Spanish Listings Into Rightmove and ImmoScout24

Fotocasa has launched its Pro Premium International Pack, pushing Spanish agents' listings onto Rightmove in the UK and ImmoScout24 in Germany. Leads drop back into the agent's existing Fotocasa Pro panel, and translation is handled in-house.

It is the first product to make good on the pledge Ralf Weitz gave when Scout24 bought Fotocasa Group from EQT in March, to "simplify cross-border market access". ImmoScout24 is now a sister company. The partnership with Rightmove is new and any commercial details of the agreement are unknown.

Fotocasa cites Rightmove reaching "93% of the British audience" and ImmoScout24's 20 million monthly German users. The pitch to agents at Spain's number two portal is blunt enough: leaving foreign buyers to find your own website organically is "an unnecessary risk".

Hemnet Adds AI Restyling as Virtual Staging Becomes Portal Table Stakes

Hemnet has launched Re-imagine, or "Styla om", an AI tool that empties furniture out of selected kitchen and living room photos with a single tap, then restyles the room in modern Scandinavian pieces. It is live across all platforms.

Announced on LinkedIn, the post credits a cross-functional team working under Head of Engineering Caroline Lindfors and Product Domain Lead Susanne Berglund, "in close collaboration with legal". That last detail is the telling one, given how touchy AI-altered listing photography can get.

It is Hemnet's third generative-AI launch of 2026, after its ChatGPT app in March and native AI search in June. Over the border, Vend-owned Norwegian market-leader FINN paired Roomvo redecoration with AI search in April, under ex-Hemnet product chief Francesca Cortesi.

North America: CoStar Group integrates conversational AI into Matterport tours

CoStar has embedded AI conversations into 3D Matterport tours on Homes.com and Apartments.com.

Users can activate Homes AI and Apartments AI, respectively, to ask specific questions about room dimensions, views from windows, notable features, and local amenities from within the virtual tour.

The AIs can also respond to financial questions and other property-related prompts.

Africa: Entegral launches MyProperty AI Vision

The South African portal operator Entegral (MyProperty) has launched AI Vision, which makes browsing properties simpler by automatically identifying each room or area and grouping the photos into clear categories such as kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, pools, views and exterior spaces.

MyProperty AI Vision can detect potential property defects, exact features, fittings and more in every property. The feature has analysed millions of photos and collates high-quality data that consumers and agents can use to make smarter property decisions.

According to a press release on the company's website:

AI Vision also highlights useful visual details found in the photos, helping buyers notice features such as open-plan living, indoor-outdoor flow, scenic views, built-in entertainment areas and other distinctive elements that may not be obvious at first glance. A particularly useful feature on mobile, where some details may otherwise be hidden on smaller screens.

Speaking on LinkedIn, Entegral founder Adriaan Grove said:

"Big update as we introduce MyProperty AI Vision - it automatically sees and tells you what’s happening in property photos, while grouping them into easy-to-browse galleries. This is part of another big update for our search, that will soon become super intelligent and more personalised."

ImmoAfrica Rebuilds Listing Page Around Price Evidence and AI Search

ImmoAfrica, the South African portal that markets local stock to overseas buyers, has rebuilt its property details page. It is live across all listings.

Five tools now sit on each one. The boldest is Property Highlights, which shows buyers where an asking price sits against the local median and comparable stock. Portals rarely volunteer that. ImmoAfrica pitches it to agents as leverage for when "a seller's price expectations run ahead of the market".

Cost of Ownership models bond repayments, levies, transfer duty and conveyancing, in major currencies. Price Trends publishes how much data sits behind each benchmark, and holds back where there is too little.

There is also The Listing, an auto-generated opening line in the reader's language, built to surface in Google and AI search results.
