Idealista has acquired Inmovilla—one of the most used real estate tech solutions in Spain.

Idealista strengthens its position as the leading real estate marketplace in Spain, Portugal and Italy with the acquisition; Inmovilla is a leading reference for real estate CRM and management tools in Spain.

The cost of the acquisition remains undisclosed.

The acquisition continues Idealista’s growth and technological expansion strategy. It is the ninth acquisition by Idealista in the past two years, and the second since April, when the company acquired Italian agent services company Regold.

Jesús Encinar, Founder of idealista, said:

“I am very happy that Inmovilla is now part of the idealista team. I am convinced that the experience in the development and management of technological tools for the real estate sector and the research of new solutions for professionals in the sector, which are part of Inmovilla's DNA, will be extremely useful in offering all clients from idealista the best tools for managing your portfolios.

“In fact, already among idealista's clients there are many who use Inmovilla as a platform, we know it well and we admire the work carried out by Raul's team.”

Inmovilla was founded in 2006 by Raul Segovia, and it serves around 4000 clients from its Elche headquarters. Segovia will continue in his role as CEO and will join the Idealista management team. Inmovilla will retain its independence day-to-day and maintain its extensive network of collaborations and integrations with other portals in Spain.

Segovia said:

“It was important to be able to maintain our independence, direct management with our clients, autonomous relationship with other real estate portals, but now have the technological support of the Idealista team.

“It is a great recognition to become part of the Idealista family. We are, like everyone else, admirers of the trajectory of Idealista, the leading real estate marketplace in Southern Europe, and joining this company is a dream for us.”
