Zumper's founder and CEO, Anthemos Georgiades, has stepped down from the role to become the rental marketplace's Chairman of the board. Shawn Mullahy, CRO, will become the new CEO.
Georgiades said:
"Shawn is the ideal leader to guide the company forward in this new customer-centric, AI first world. He brings deep operational expertise, a strong understanding of our customers, and a clear vision for the future of the rental marketplace."

MyHome.ie has appointed April Geraghty as the portal's new head of marketing. An announcement on the company's LinkedIn page said:
"April brings a decade of dedicated experience in real estate marketing, with a career spanning both the agency and developer sides of the industry. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of marketing including digital and social media strategy, brand identity development and management; campaign implementation, media relations and the delivery of high‑quality sponsorships and events."
Geraghty previously worked at Savills Ireland for seven years, including a stint as the agency group's associate director for marketing and communications.
Guillermo Tavidian has stepped up to become 360 Latam's first Head of AI, saying, "I'm going to dedicate myself 100% to integrating AI into the company's DNA and transforming how we build product."
360 Latam, encompassing InfoCasas, FincaRaíz, Encuentra24 and Yapo as part of Frontier Digital Ventures, will now pursue its next Chief Technology Officer.
