Virtual tours are the new norm for property portals as the industry experiences a shift alongside the societal climates due to the global pandemic.
One such real estate company, Realla, a leading CRE marketplace in the UK, has launched its own virtual tour tool called CoTour.
CoTour allows agents, owners, tenants, and investors to connect and tour properties in real-time through a virtual space. The tool can support up to 20 viewers at once and offers high-quality video and sound to aid in decision making.
Andrew Miles, CEO of Realla, said:
“We’re in a time when physical tours are often not practical or safe. With so many potential tenants and investors searching for commercial real estate space online, CoTour allows business to continue for those marketing properties.”
The virtual tours are supported by 3D, HD video capture technology, aerial drone videography, and architectural photography that already exist on Realla listings. CoTour supplements these readily available technologies to offer a new and innovative way to safely tour a space.
Realla has seen a jump in tours since May of this year, up 34% from the prior month and CoTour will only aid in that aspect.
