Two British Free-to-List Sites see Jump in Leads Generated

May 18, 2020

With the government reopening multiple markets, the property portal has seen an impressive bounceback. Two portals, in particular, have reported their highest number of leads generated for agents in a single day as a result of the reopening.

OneDome Group’s free-to-list portals, OneDome and Nethouseprices, have claimed they are generating an average of four leads per minute for agents listing on their platforms. This is up from three leads a minute in March, and 1.7 leads per minute in January.

OneDome Founder and CEO Babek Ismayil, said:

“Over the last four to five days our traffic and customer engagement metrics have increased dramatically, indicating that consumers are also ready to restart their property journey.”

Ismayil also hinted at some exciting new initiatives to look out for in the future.

OneDome Group is expecting between 170,000 and 180,000 leads generated for agents in the next 30 days if this new pattern keeps up.

Furthermore, 1,400 branches are said to have joined the sites in the last 10 weeks

It seems that with the coming summer months, and the expected decline of the virus until late fall, companies are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
