Operational leadership across United Classifieds and Imobiliare (not to be confused with Italy's Immobiliare) will be joined together to deepen co-creation, enhance data capabilities and drive AI-first product innovation, Ringier Marketplaces has announced.
The objective of the transformation is to align activities across the market-leading brands of United Classifieds (nehnutel’nosti.sk, topreality.sk, reality.sk, autobazaar.eu, and autovia.sk), and Imobiliare (Imobiliare.ro, Imobiliare Finance and Imoradar24).
The new structure will leverage shared capabilities and strengthen, in particular, the real estate platforms’ innovation capacity.
As part of the new operational structure, Milan Konecny, CEO of United Classifieds, will leave the company at the end of the year, with Dan Puica, CEO of imobiliare.ro, leading the new joint setup.
Axel Konjack, Head of Global Marketplaces and Member of the Group Execution Board at Ringier AG, said:
