Vacasa brings Community Association Management to Florida

Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club HOA joins Vacasa's client roster.

Vacasa, a vacation rental management platform giant, has launched a number of community association management services in Florida following its first association within the state, Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club. The platform is now contracted to offer Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club homeowners with a full suite of community association management services, like administrative, accounting, debt management and site management. Vacasa looks to manage a number of Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club condominiums as short-term rental units.

Sandy Ellis, an industry professional with deep experience, was brought on to serve as a community association manager for Shell Harbor Inn Resort & Club. Ellis has is a Licensed Community Association Manager, Certified Manager of Community Associations and Associated Management Specialist and has over 20 years experience under her belt.

Vacasa's Community Association Management system was started in 2018 and independently brought on 19 associations throughout the states of Florida, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho and the country of Costa Rica. The company now manages 159 associations around the country with the acquisition of Wyndham Vacation Rentals.
