Movebubble teams up with Grainger plc

Movebubble and Grainger join forces to expand the audience their listings target.

Property rental app, Movebubble, having seen huge growth in the last year, is announce another step towards company strength.

Movebubble is kicking off the new year with a long-term partnership with Grainger plc, a leading listed residential landlord in the UK.

The agreement will allow Grainger marketing to utilize the best private rental homes on the Movebubble platform, beginning with newly opened buildings Mille Place in Pontoon Dock, East London, and Solstice Apartments in Milton Keynes.

Movebubble CEO, Aidan Rushby, welcomes the partnership with Grainger, saying:

"We're thrilled to partner with Grainger, who is a market leader in the UK's largest Build-to-Rent sector. It means we can provide even more high-calibre homes for renters, thanks to properties like Millet Place."

Millet Place is located in one of London's emerging communities. It offers 154 high-end homes for rent located next to the Thames Barrier. Millet Place, adjacent to the Pontoon Dock DLR station, offers renters a convenient lifestyle, a number of luxury amenities, shops, landscaping and improved access to the local park.

On partnering with Movebubble, Grainger Director of Lettings Jonathan Pitt said:

"We're pleased to launch our partnership with Movebubble and feel confident that it will be a real asset in helping us to lease-up our exciting new developments in London's Pontoon Dock and Milton Keynes."

Solstice Apartments is only a month or so old and will offer 139 one- and two-bedroom apartments in the center of Milton Keynes. Residents can utilize a number of amenities including parking areas and broadband access.

Residents for both buildings will be offered a number of on-site amenities, including outdoor terraces, fitness centers, and residents' lounges. Management teams will also be on call at residents' requests.
