Stenprop adds three to management platform

Stenprop, a UK multi-let industrial property company, has appointed three individuals to help develop a market-leading management platform.

James Snowdon has been appointed as tech platform manager. He is a real estate professional with a background in technology consulting, operating model transformation, data management and investment management. Prior to joining Stenprop, James developed a consulting and professional services career at RealFoundations, where he advised on and led complex technology transformation efforts for real estate investors, operators, service providers and occupiers.

Josh Ramplin has been appointed as customer engagement manager in the north west. Josh has a strong background in the property industry through his previous role with Purplebricks, from which he brings transactions and onsite experience alongside a personal approach to his customer-facing role.  
Sinead Freeman has joined as marketing manager and brings with her a strong commercial real estate background. She will lead the marketing function with a focus on strategy, lead generation and business development to align with the business growth. Sinead previously worked at Colliers International, where she looked after the EMEA region.

Julian Carey, executive property director of Stenprop, says: “James, Josh and Sinead are young, talented individuals, who will play an important role in developing our management platform."
