Elegant Casas announced that it has partnered with ListGlobally, an agency which promotes properties internationally. ListGlobally advertises in 120+ real estate portals in 65 countries.

Foreign buyers represented 13 percent of Florida's residential real estate market in 2018, far higher than the national average. Most foreign buyers - 67 percent - made an all-cash purchase. Major foreign home buyers in the Tampa - St. Petersburg - Clearwater area, ranked from largest to smallest, are Canada, United Kingdom, China, Venezuela, Germany, Italy, and Mexico, all of which ListGlobally advertises. Tampa Bay gets a more diverse group of foreign buyers than do other major metro areas in Florida. All statistics are from "2018 Profile of International Residential Real Estate Activity in Florida", a study by the National Association of Realtors.

It was a natural decision for Elegant Casas to partner with ListGlobally. Elegant Casas already advertises internationally on NYTimes.com and Juwai.com, and is a member of Canadian Real Estate Referral Network, CREA Global. "We believe in being a hyperlocal company, serving the communities here in Tampa and Dunedin, while also being global by marketing aggressively in international markets," says Elegant Casas Real Estate Broker, Michael A. Melnyk. Melnyk has traveled to over 20 countries in Asia, Europe, and South America; he speaks, reads, & writes Spanish at native-level fluency.
