Fotocasa is expanding its agent toolkit with two new products. The Barcelona-based portal has launched its Gestor de Oportunidades within Fotocasa Pro, and Datavenues, a data intelligence product designed to sharpen prospecting and local market analysis.
Gestor de Oportunidades is a new lead management tool pitched as a centralised environment where agents can organise, prioritise and track all commercial contacts. Fotocasa says the product is built for a market defined by high housing demand and intense competition, where speed of response and disciplined follow-up can decide whether a lead becomes a listing or disappears into the usual CRM black hole.
In a press release, Marcela González, Fotocasa’s B2B marketing director, said: "In a market as dynamic and competitive as today's, the difference between closing a deal or losing it lies in responsiveness and intelligent data management."
Datavenues takes the proposition further upstream. The platform promises a consolidated view of listings from the three portals operated by Fotocasa (Fotocasa, Habitaclia and Milanuncios), giving agents a single interface for owner prospecting, valuation signals and broader market monitoring. Features highlighted by Fotocasa include a heat map designed to flag likely sales opportunities ahead of competitors, and a 360 view spanning private sellers, professional listings and new-build stock.
Fotocasa’s latest agent tools arrive as the portal changes hands, with Scout24 agreeing to acquire Adevinta’s Spanish real estate business, including Fotocasa, through the wider break-up process overseen by Adevinta’s private equity owners.
