ImmoScout24 Launches AI Assistant ‘HeyImmo’

October 27, 2025

Germany’s leading real estate portal, ImmoScout24, has launched HeyImmo, an artificial intelligence assistant designed to provide personalized property advice for renters, buyers, tenants, and owners. The company says it is the first AI assistant built specifically for real estate, combining ImmoScout24’s market data with AI technology.

HeyImmo, available free via the ImmoScout24 app and website, supports users through every stage of the property lifecycle, from finding a first rental to purchasing or managing a home. Unlike most other user-facing AI iterations on real estate portals around the world, HeyImmo works both for search and for follow-up questions.

The tool uses contextual understanding drawn from real listings, market activity, and user preferences to provide tailored guidance in real time.

“With HeyImmo, we’re creating a digital companion that guides people through all phases of their residential journey,” said Daniel Hendel, Managing Director of ImmoScout24. “Until now, in-depth real estate advice has often been expensive and time-consuming. With HeyImmo, we're making it accessible to everyone – free of charge, immediately available, and with genuine real estate expertise.”

The assistant can generate personalized rental and purchase recommendations within seconds, estimate market prices, and calculate financing options. It also helps tenants navigate practical and legal questions, such as rent increases or utility bill queries, while providing owners with insights on renovation, valuation, and market trends.

HeyImmo is available in multiple languages, including German and English, and synchronizes across all devices. The system remains in beta and will be updated regularly with new features to enhance accuracy and usability.

The launch is being supported by a fully AI-generated ad campaign under the slogan “Simply at Home.” Produced using tools such as Google Veo and Runway Gen-3, the campaign showcases how ImmoScout24’s products simplify the lives of users across diverse property needs.
