OnTheMarket has launched its own proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) platform for estate agents following a successful trial period.
Dubbed "TecCRM", the launch marks the first time that a majority agent owned portal and software-house has provided a CRM software solution for agents—in line with OnTheMarket's pursuit of a technology-driven property business.
TecCRM, which sits within the suite of OnTheMarket Software products launched in September is now live and available for agents to use.
The product integrates a number of property management systems including sales, lettings and client accounting and property management into one place. Furthermore, agents can control how their stock gets added to OnTheMarket's portal, including its flagship "Only With Us" feature.
TecCRM also has a GEO mapping solution built into it, so incoming leads can be automatically assigned to local branches and even individual staff members.

OnTheMarket has turbo-boosted its offering in 2022 with a slew of new features and partnerships—including two partnerships in November and another (with an agent training agency) in October.
