Oceania: Pellegrino returns as President of Domain

The Australian media and marketing outlet Mumbrella has reported that Jason Pellegrino has been reinstated at Domain.

Mumbrella reported that it had seen an internal email sent to Domain staff this week, confirming that Pellegrino will become President of Domain when CoStar completes its imminent acquisition of the portal. Also joining Domain is Aisling Finch as VP of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer.

Pellegrino was previously CEO from 2018 to 2024, when he was replaced by interim CEO Greg Ellis, who is likely to leave the company.

Pellegrino oversaw a difficult period for Domain as it lost ground against the incumbent realestate.com.au, with a number of acquisitions and sluggish performance failing to realise the potential of the business.

He will return to a relatively 'weak' Domain, but in a rejuvenated management team led by the ambitious CoStar, which sees Domain as a potentially market-leading brand in Australia.

Asia: Frontier Digital Ventures announces board and management changes

The ASX-listed company Frontier Digital Ventures (FDV) has announced changes to its management team and board in a regulatory filing.

Shiao Chan rejoins FDV as CFO, while Nikki Warburton and Joe Dische have been appointed as independent non-executive directors.

Chan previously served as CFO from 2016-2020, and replaces Jason Lau.
