The Versailles Economic Activities Court has ruled against the aggregator Jinka for deceptive business practices and unfair competition.
It is the third conviction against the aggregator in seven months, which was banned from distributing property listings from SeLoger, Logic-Immo and Belles Demeures in December 2025.
Jinka, an aggregator that scrapes listings from several French real estate marketplaces, was told that its slogan, "1 app, tous les sites immobiliers" (1 app, all real estate sites), is misleading and deceptive to consumers.
The courts ruled in favour of SeLoger once again last week, regarding the aggregator's commercial promise, which no longer holds water since last year's ruling.
Baptiste Capron, CEO of SeLoger, said:
"This decision is a reminder of a simple principle: user trust is built on promises that correspond to the reality of the service offered. This is a necessary requirement that benefits the real estate market as a whole." [translated from French]
Jinka was previously ordered in December 2025 to pay 60,000 euros to SeLoger for illegal scraping, then in April 2026 to pay 200,000 euros to Leboncoin for unauthorised extraction and reuse of its ads.
