UK Proptech firm Plentific Acquires X Tag

Together, Plentific will offer a place for property managers to compartmentalize maintenance, repairs, and more

Proptech company, Plentific, has acquired X Tag, a technology solutions provider for the real estate industry. With the added power backing X Tag, Plentific will become the only end-to-end SaaS-enabled marketplace solution for integrated repairs, maintenance, and compliance services capabilities in the UK and Germany.

Cem Savas, CEO, and Co-founder of Plentific said:

“As part of our growth strategy, this acquisition will accelerate our product development in compliance, offering our clients the most comprehensive suite of management and maintenance services on the market.”

After the integration completes, X Tag’s production site will be available through the Plentific platform for landlords and property managers to utilize to complete repairs, maintenance, and use compliance management tools.
