The luxury property specialist portal Vynomm has announced that agents using popular CRM software from Reapit will now be able to create the portal's signature 'property showcase' listings directly from their Reapit account.

The portal is well known among agents in the industry as a place where wealthy foreign buyers find high-end West London real estate and the portal often facilitates discreet transactions via its password-protected off-market area. Agents can also share off-market properties via so-called 'magic links'. The creation of these magic links so beloved by upmarket London agents will now be much easier thanks to integration with Accel-KKR backed Reapit which counts Savills and Countrywide among its many agent customers.

The Founder of Vyomm, Utsav Goenka said of his portal's new compatibility:

"This has been long overdue and we are so excited that it has finally launched. Agents will now be able to have all their properties and data on Reapit synchronise with Vyomm and have the ability to make Showcases and distribute across digital media instantly.

“Vyomm’s modern marketing system with innovative tools, helps Estate Agents win more instructions, Showcase properties beautifully, promote and share them across digital media and portals, and track everything through our sophisticated data analytics dashboard. Why? So that they can conclude & close more deals.”

London's top-end property market has long been considered a world apart from property markets in the rest of the country, with this integration more agencies may see the benefit of off-market property marketing. Might we see 'magic links' becoming common in more markets?
