Immowelt and RE/MAX Expand Their Partnership

Remax Germany and immowelt will increase their collaboration through shared marketing services.

Immowelt will now provide some of its digital products to expand RE/MAX’s brand awareness on the local level, providing more visibility for individual RE/MAX offices in local markets.

Kurt Friedl, CEO and shareholder of RE/MAX Germany, said:

“We are pleased that we will be additionally supported by immowelt’s technology products in the marketing of our service in addition to our own digital tools in the future.”

RE/MAX will use the Profi-Card, a digital business card provided to real estate agents by immowelt. Through this product, real estate agents can show owners willing to sell that they are the local expert for property sales on the price map and in the property valuation.

Remax Germany has increased its use digital technologies over the past two years to simplify the sales process: “More and more owners are selling their property through our digital listing process DAVEit, as it has been proven to get them the best price,” said Friedl, adding that the company wants to further increase visibility and gain additional market share.

RE/MAX is a U.S. real estate brokerage franchise company based in Denver, Colorado. The company has over 7,800 offices in more than 100 countries around the globe,  and employs more than 119,000 licensed brokers. In Germany, RE/MAX has been active on the market since 1996. Here, the franchise operates with more than 800 agents in about 200 real estate shops and offices.

Immowelt operates some of the leading online real estate portals in Germany and Austria. The company is part of the AVIV Group, which is owned by Axel Springer SE, a German publishing group with several multimedia brands such as Bild, Die Welt, Welt, Business Insider, Politico and Fakt.
