Germany's number two portal ImmoWelt has launched a free advisory service for sellers to squeeze the most out of their transaction.

Property owners can get assistance from a sales professional to discuss each aspect of their sale, from acquiring the correct documents to finding the right selling price and understanding agents' fees.

ImmoWelt will also find up to three real estate agents from the property owner's region for more personal service, including selling the property on-site.

Felix Kusch, managing director at ImmoWelt, said:

"Selling a property is not an everyday business.

It involves a lot of money, and there are a few pitfalls along the way. With the advice of an experienced real estate professional, owners are on the safe side, such as when it comes to the right selling price. Owners can find a buyer for their property quickly and without stress."

Immowelt isn't one to dominate the headlines, with our most recent coverage of Germany's number two portal dating back to 2022: the integration of a location-tracking tool in July, and October 2022's launch of a property radar that shows agents and brokers which properties are set to come to market imminently.

Immowelt is one of many portals owned by Aviv Group, which reported revenue growth of 3% for the first half of 2023.
