"Career Structure" is deployed within Insight, division by division, and will be fully operational for the entire company as of September 1st.
"Even when you do not want to change jobs, you can always be better in your role and learn new things," says Candice Jarre, Director of Insight's EMEA HR Operations. "The goal is to improve your personal skills both in terms of role and portfolio products, Insight technologies and strategies, and broader topics such as leadership and communication to optimize the quality of our interactions with our customers."
