The Italian portal operator Immobiliare has introduced a 24/7 search and support product. The new conversational AI search comes in partnership with Ricerca AI, while Segreteria AI is a multilingual digital secretary.
According to coverage from Monitor Immobiliare, real estate agencies will immediately benefit from a 24-hour multilingual digital secretariat capable of answering inquiries and identifying the needs of home seekers. The collected information is then sent directly to the agency, which can then contact potential clients as soon as possible.
Immobiliare says approximately one in three incoming calls are during lunch or closing hours, and the AI secretary will increase the regularity and promptness of communication during an agent's downtime.
Silvio Pagliani, CEO and Co-Founder of Immobiliare.it, said:
"Over the past twenty years, we've always used technology to address concrete needs and create real value for users and professionals. The same approach guides our work on artificial intelligence today: we're not focusing on what AI can do, but on how it can truly be useful to the people who use our products and services every day. From this vision, AI Search and AI Secretariat were born: tools designed to make the home search more natural and support real estate agents in their daily operational activities, allowing them to dedicate more time to client relations, acquiring new assignments, and managing negotiations." The Japanese real estate portal operator AtHome says its website creation tool for agents has helped more than 7000 real estate professionals increase their online visibility.
AtHome’s web creation tool allows agents to create a branded website without any coding skills, with several templates available. AtHome says the tool has been particularly popular with local and regional agency businesses, and websites can be managed and updated easily for businesses without specialised IT staff.
According to a press release on AtHome's website:
Our user-friendly CMS (Content Management System) is used for managing and updating your website, allowing you to easily and smoothly create, update, and publish your homepage simply by entering information according to the provided fields. We provide website templates with a structure easily recognized by search engines and tailored to user needs in the real estate category, supporting your website management.
By linking with "ATBB (Comprehensive Real Estate Business Support Site)" provided by At Home, property information is centrally managed. This reduces the effort required for registration and updates, enabling speedy information dissemination.
AtHome is Japan's de facto number three real estate portal, behind Suumo and Lifull HOMEs.
