OneDome and PropertyHeads have both launched new quality-of-life products for the property industry.

OneDome, the one stop shop buying and selling platform, has launched a Buyer Passport service that pre-qualifies property buyers on behalf of estate agents to minimise distractions from non-motivated and underqualified leads.

Buyer Passport allows customers to register their interest and create a ‘wanted ad’ that they share with all local estate agents listing with the property portal—including a pre-qualification process that validates buyers.

Buyer Passport ranks buyers as Blue, Bronze, Silver or Gold—with Gold buyers financially qualified and purchase ready.

Babek Ismayil, founder and CEO of OneDome, said:

“Estate agents receive too many leads that don’t even respond to a phone call, too many tyre kickers taking up estate agents’ time.

“At the same time, we are receiving calls from customers asking us to help them to find the right property. Our service helps both, while we are allowing customers to create ‘wanted ads’ and register their interest with many estate agents with one click of a button, we are helping estate agents to find pre-qualified, highly motivated buyers in their area, securing sales and strengthening their hand prior to visiting a prospective vendor.”

Meanwhile, property social network PropertyHeads has relaunched its valuation and insights tool under a new name, Mouseprice Pro.

The relaunch comes after a period of major investment and acquisition.

PropertyHeads acquired the Mouseprice portal in 2020 and has been working on developing its tools ever since.

Lenders can now build the tool’s automated valuation model into their mortgage pricing or use its fraud detection functions.

The tool features 40 filters and 300 individual attributes that PropertyHeads said will help agents identify off-market opportunities.

Ben Davis, founder of PropertyHeads, said:

“Our relaunch of MousePrice Pro is the culmination of months of hard work for our tech and data teams in collaboration with our founding surveyor and estate agent users.

“The combination of our exclusive datasets and the way we’ve extracted unique insights from partners’ data will undoubtedly give Mouseprice Pro users an edge whether they are assessing individual properties or researching whole areas.”
