PropertyGuru is launching a campaign in Singapore to promote its financial services offering. The Southeast Asian portal giant’s campaign slogan ‘Home listings. Home loans. Perfectly matched, Under One Roof.’ will feature outdoors on buses and billboards as well as on digital media channels.
PropertyGuru is seeking to position itself not only as a place for Singaporeans to find their next home but increasingly as a destination for more tertiary operations around property sales as Group CEO Hari Krishnan told us in an interview as part of our Building Marketplaces in Challenging Times vodcast series.
The move to push its financial services comes after PropertyGuru received a major tranche of capital from fundraising from TPG Capital and KKR at the start of September. Speaking last month, Krishnan said that the S$300 raised would help his company to pursue its “Find. Finance. Own” strategy, and this latest move appears to be part of that vision.
