UK Portals are Turning to Video to Spread Information

May 4, 2020

With processes switching to the online channels, companies are starting to churn out content to help each other during the Coronavirus pandemic. Zoopla is one of those companies.

The UK property portal has announced that it will begin launching a series of free Skills Sessions to help agents during the market crisis.

Zoopla CEO, Andy Marshall, explained that the move is in support of the ones who know the ins and outs of the industry the most. This is a perfect opportunity to gain even more insight to add to their repertoire

He said:

“We have no doubt that whether you are a junior just starting out or a more experienced industry veteran, there will be something for everyone over the coming weeks. We look forward to hearing feedback from agents as the program develops.”

Each session will focus on a different problem and solution real estate professionals are facing while the COVID-19 virus rages on and will feature not only experts from Zoopla, but other professionals from across the industry.

Zoopla isn’t the only UK portal to head in this direction. OnTheMarket has also launched the first of a number of video interviews to share with their consumers. These videos are hosted by Vikki Bennett, OnTheMarket’s Head of PR and Content. The first video features Propertymark’s Mark Hayward and Chestertons’ Cory Askew.
