Leboncoin has announced the launch of a new sales-prospecting service aimed at professionals on its real estate portal.
Dubbed "Prospection Vendeurs", leboncoin says the new offer gives real estate professionals in France a head start with improved targeting for sales prospects, including identifying better prospects for upcoming deals, and tracking ongoing projects.
Leboncoin says the offer builds on its market-leading position, where 70% of real estate projects in France already start on its website, with 42% exclusively using leboncoin platforms through to completion.
64% of France's real estate professionals are present on its site according to the company, with 12.8m unique visitors per month.
The launch completes the company's "Immo Pack Intégral" offer introduced last year.

Meanwhile, leboncoin is also unveiling the "Immo Neuf Premium" pack, which builds upon the original—a professional showcase of new real estate on leboncoin platforms—by automatically uploading new ads on leboncoin on a weekly basis for increased visibility and better project tracking.
Leboncoin is Adevinta's flagship classifieds title, which has led the way in terms of results for the group for some time.
